Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant position located in Vadalur. The Accountant will handle financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and prepare accurate financial reports. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and supporting audits. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with relevant departments.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
Familiarity with tax regulations and audit procedures (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA, or actively pursuing these, are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
Experience in a manufacturing or construction industry environment is an advantage
