Job Title:Account executive

Industry: Interior Design & Turnkey Projects

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance for our interior design company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling accounts independently and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, including sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries
Handle GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, and filings
Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client ledgers
Handle TDS, professional tax, and statutory compliances
Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and filings
Maintain expense control and cost tracking for projects
Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com degree (CA Inter preferred)
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP / Zoho Books)
Good command of MS Excel
High attention to detail and time management skills
