📋 ABOUT THE ROLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Tally, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▪ Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and Zoho Books
▪ Prepare and manage invoices, purchase entries, and payment records
▪ Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
▪ Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using Excel
▪ Handle accounts payable and receivable
▪ Assist in GST filing and compliance
▪ Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▪ Strong experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
▪ Working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
▪ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
▪ Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping
▪ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🎓 QUALIFICATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▪ B.Com / M.Com or equivalent accounting background
- ▪ 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
