Position: - Accounts Executive

Job type: - Full time

Experience: – 1- 1.5 years of experience.

Job Location: – Thane (West)

Education - Bcom in Accounting & Commerce OR Finance, Mcom, inter CA (would be an added advantage)

Non Negotiable skills: -

Basic accounting entries & journal postings, Bank & ledger reconciliation, Invoice booking, Tally, MS excel

Additional desired skills: -

Basic GST, TDS working & returns (26Q, 24Q – at least assistance level), Understanding of statutory deadlines

Roles and responsibilities: -

handling day-to-day accounting entries, bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations accounting transactions, assisting in statutory compliances, and supporting month-end and audit activities.
Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Manage bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations
Assist in the timely and accurate preparation and filing of GST returns.
Timely and accurate TDS deductions and returns
