We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely communication, and strong client relationships.

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely communication, and strong client relationships.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal instructions
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client communication
- Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Prepare status reports, MOMs, and campaign performance summaries
- Handle client feedback constructively and drive revisions effectively
- 1 year of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of branding, digital, and marketing workflows
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Someone proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
- Strong client-handling skills with a calm, professional approach
- Ability to balance client expectations with internal team capabilities
